Shipping Container Restaurant: The Smoky Park Supper Club

This project is composed of 19 shipping containers and is the largest adaptive reuse of its type in the region.  The structure is home to an independently-owned restaurant located in Asheville’s River Arts District.  Sited on the bank of the French Broad River, this facility features a 2,400 square foot wrap-around deck that provides outdoor dining and live entertainment.

Wells Construction Group worked with local and regional designers and suppliers to bring this project to fruition.  The original exterior and interior finishes remain while the mechanical systems employ the latest technologies.
