This project is an example of our Construction Management -Owner’s Representation Services. The client was Mountain Housing Opportunities and we represented their interests both mechanically and fiscally.
372 Depot St. is an 8 million dollar mixed use building in Asheville’s River Arts District. Retail space is at street level and housing within the floors above.
Features of the facility include a large interior courtyard with trees and playground, three levels of community space including a fitness center, computer center and a kitchen equipped gathering center.
