Satulah Village

The Satulah Village is comprised of 14 cottage style  homes with square footage ranging from 2,200 to 4,000.  Each cottage is designed with custom finishes, decorative post and beam elements and cedar shake roofs.

Old Edwards Inn and Spa was the client for this community that offers all the Inn’s amenities.

Work included the reconfiguration of the existing site, drainage, roads and utilities.
